We are looking for a full-time, permanent team leader for our client specializing in auto repairs and cleaning in Tampere. Your tasks include organizing work and the team, ensuring smooth workflow, customer contact, sales, shift planning, and invoicing. You will be responsible for schedules and customer satisfaction, and you will serve customers. The team leader also participates in hands-on work related to auto repairs. Working hours are mainly weekdays from around 9 am to 5 pm, but there may be work on Saturdays occasionally. The start date is as soon as possible, according to the agreement. Experience in similar roles and knowledge of the automotive industry are considered advantages. We value a quick work pace and excellent customer service attitude.
