TASKS As a welding operator, you will participate in the production of a modern machine shop and be responsible for manufacturing various metal structures according to drawings and instructions. Your work includes both manual and possibly machine welding in a production environment. The work is from Monday to Friday on a day shift from 7:00 to 15:30, but it is preferable if you are also prepared to work in two shifts if necessary. The workweek is 40 hours, and the workplace is located in Rauma. The position is covered by the technology industry collective agreement, and previous work experience will be taken into account when determining salary. The onboarding will be conducted in Finnish, so fluent Finnish language skills are an absolute requirement. EXPECTATIONS You may be at the beginning of your career or an experienced welding professional. The selected candidate must hold valid welding certificates 135 and 136 or have sufficient skills to obtain them at the start of employment.
