Welcome home, where people are at the center of work Esperi Hoivakoti Almahemmet is a warm and safe home for 28 elderly people in the center of Kemiönsaari. After the orientation, the entire work community is your support. Your working days consist of, among other things: - holistic care and nursing of residents - maintaining functional capacity and a rehabilitative approach to work - organizing outdoor activities and various activities - implementing medication therapy - monitoring our residents' well-being and various nursing procedures - updating the care plan, preparing service implementation plans and reporting nursing work - palliative care, where you provide residents with valuable and safe care in the final stages of life In addition, if you wish, you can have your own area of responsibility, through which you can develop and deepen your expertise in a subject area that interests you. Employment details The position is permanent and the work is full-time. The work is 3-shift work. Start in the position is 3.8.26 or by agreement! Salary In remuneration, we follow the collective agreement for social and health care personnel. The base salary for a practical nurse is €2695.75/month. We also pay a recruitment bonus of €1000 for the position!
