Team Leader, Demanding Structural Analysis - Sweco Finland Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a team leader for Sweco in Helsinki to work on demanding structural analysis. In this role, you will combine your strong technical expertise, team leadership, and business development as part of an international expert organization. You will be responsible for the daily operations and development of the expert team specializing in demanding structural analysis, as well as growing the business. The role combines managerial tasks with participation in technically challenging and interesting projects. You will also actively engage with clients: meeting clients, building networks, and identifying market needs together with your team and colleagues. Your daily tasks include: Leading and mentoring your expert team to grow and develop; Driving business growth and participating in sales activities; Building and deepening external and internal client and partnership relationships; Utilizing Sweco’s multidisciplinary expertise and international network; Working on demanding structural analysis projects (e.g., ANSYS, dynamic and stability analyses); Participating in specialized projects such as protective structures and explosion simulations. Since you will also participate in projects, you should have experience and understanding of demanding structural analysis (e.g., ANSYS analyses, advanced stability calculations, and dynamic analyses) and a relevant higher education degree (Master of Science or YAMK).
