Drive Global Growth as Sales Manager at Raute We’re looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen Raute’s global sales team and drive profitable growth across the assigned market area. In this role, you will identify opportunities, develop customer-specific solutions, and lead the full sales process from lead generation to contract closing. You will act as a key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring that our technical capabilities are translated into compelling commercial value propositions aligned with customer needs. Your Responsibilities Drive profitable sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in selected marketsTranslate customer needs into tailored technical and commercial solutionsOwn the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and opportunity development to proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closingAct as the key interface between customers and internal teams, collaborating closely with engineering, service, and product teams to develop customer-specific solutionsBuild, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline in line with regional sales targets and business objectivesDevelop strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersEnsure a seamless handover from the sales phase to project executionTravel regularly within Europe, approximately 1–2 weeks per month What we are looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in international B2B sales, ideally within the EMEA regionExperience in solution-based sales, preferably in an industrial or project business environmentA customer-focused mindset and the ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholdersAbility to understand and communicate technical solutions in business termsGood communication and negotiation skills when working with senior-level customersA proactive, sales-driven, and results-oriented approachAbility to understand customer needs and leverage internal expertise to deliver value-adding sales solutionsFluency in English and willingness to travel internationally Ready to join us?
