Job Description
Avery Dennison is looking for a mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join our production team. As a "Technical Pilot" of our equipment, you will take ownership of advanced labeling technology to ensure we meet high-quality production goals. Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor gauges and controls, identifying the root cause of malfunctions to minimize waste. Digital Accuracy: Use ERP systems to log time and materials, maintaining strict inventory (FIFO) and QC records. Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all PPE and safety protocols. Collaboration: Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
