The Logistics Operations Specialist at HQ plays a critical role in ensuring materials, equipment, and shipments move efficiently, safely, and compliantly throughout the organization. This role supports day-to-day logistics and workplace operations across Workplace Operations, Solutions Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and other cross-functional teams. The position serves as a key onsite partner responsible for shipping and receiving, equipment movement, logistics coordination, workplace support, and employee facing operational activities. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating logistics with carriers, supporting equipment and hardware movements, maintaining shipping records, and assisting with workplace event setup and office moves. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and freight forwarders, and the ability to lift packages up to 75 lbs. Preferred experience includes supporting engineering or manufacturing teams, familiarity with international shipping and customs, and knowledge of Dangerous Goods shipping requirements. The annual salary range is $75,000 - $95,000, with benefits including health insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and 401K.
