Production worker, Linkosuon Leipomo (Kangasala) We are seeking production workers for our client company Linkosuon Leipomo in the food industry for permanent positions. The work will start with training as soon as possible. Job description: - Tasks include handling pre-baked bread (handling bread trays and adjusting and operating dough shaping machines) and/or packaging tasks (adjusting and operating slicing and packaging machines), as well as loading bread boxes onto pallets. - Work may also involve other production tasks as needed, e.g., on the snack production line. - Tasks require physical effort, including repetitive tasks and lifting heavier items. - Jewelry, artificial nails, or false eyelashes cannot be worn for hygiene reasons. Working hours: - 3-shift work starting from September 2026 (until then, the shift pattern is more irregular due to production needs) - Shift cycle from Sunday 22:00 to Friday 22:00 Employment and salary: - Full-time, permanent employment. - Initially, a temporary employment through Eezy Henkilöstöpalvelut. After training, the intention is to transfer to the client company's payroll. - Salary according to the Food Industry (Manufacturing) collective agreement. The salary group varies based on tasks and experience: after independent handling of tasks, level 3 or 4 for handling bread trays, level 5 for packaging tasks. Tasks may also vary according to rotation. - Performance-based bonus and multi-skills allowance are available.
