Job Description
The role involves leading the Project Quality Management (PQM) area, ensuring quality of wind turbine generator (WTG) delivery meets customer specifications, and managing the PQM team across regions. Responsibilities include supporting tenders, implementing quality processes, managing deviations, and ensuring project quality and continuous improvement. The candidate should have a degree in engineering, at least 5 years of experience in quality leadership in technical projects, and proficiency in quality management systems, 8D, Six Sigma, and FMEA. Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel are required.
