Senior Specialist - Pohjois-Pohjanmaan elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskus

The Employment, Development and Administration Centre (KEHA Centre) is seeking a senior specialist for a permanent position starting from September 1, 2026, or as agreed. The role is within the Data and Digitalization department (TIVA). The workplace can be flexibly arranged in a multi-location organization. The KEHA Centre supports employment, integration, digitalization, and data-driven management by providing national services and information systems for public administration, municipalities, employment regions, and other authorities. The senior specialist will serve as a service manager for the KOTO-AJ system, coordinating its maintenance, development, release management, onboarding, and guiding service production. The role involves close cooperation with internal units, authorities, suppliers, and other public sector actors.
