We are looking for a new store manager to join our team. As a store manager, you will be responsible for the store's results, team leadership, and daily operations. You will develop a positive, customer-oriented atmosphere, lead the store according to set goals, and participate in daily sales activities. Your tasks include monitoring key store figures, reporting, ensuring profitability, recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, guiding, and developing staff, handling daily store chores, and ensuring the implementation of the chain concept. We expect previous experience in sales and customer service, a desire to work in leadership, strong communication skills, commitment, initiative, system proficiency, fluency in Finnish and English, and preferably a commercial education.
