HCM Solution Engineer
Job Description
RED Global is currently looking for an experienced HCM Solution Engineer to join a global P&O technology team, supporting a complex HCM landscape across Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Learning, and Core HR systems. Key Responsibilities include designing and supporting HCM solutions across Workday and related P&O applications, building and maintaining integrations using APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration tools, managing SSO, IAM, and security configurations, partnering with stakeholders and vendors, and supporting global implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in HCM Solution Engineering or Technical Consulting, hands-on experience with Workday and enterprise HCM platforms, strong knowledge of Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, and Learning systems, experience with integrations, APIs, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and IAM, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
