The job is three-shift. Your role mainly consists of phlebotomy tasks with many patient encounters. You will be supported by skilled colleagues and supervisors. Depending on your experience, we will find you the most suitable starting station, and as experience grows you will work across various stations. If you are already an experienced phlebotomy professional you may take on responsibilities related to your duties. Phlebotomy work is very autonomous, with the phlebotomist playing a significant role in ensuring sample quality. Therefore we emphasize onboarding and competence development.
