We are looking for a results-oriented sales manager for Skandi-Steel Oy in Nakkila. The role primarily involves customer acquisition, sales growth, and development within the metal and machine workshop industry. You will also utilize your technical expertise in close collaboration with production, as sales work is strongly linked to production and company operations development. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Responsibilities include new customer acquisition and sales growth in the metal and machine workshop industry, managing and developing customer relationships, quotation calculation, sales results responsibility, and production development and planning. We expect experience in technical sales and customer acquisition in the machine workshop industry, suitable education at the university of applied sciences (AMK) or equivalent experience, existing networks in the industry, knowledge of production control, investments, and procurement, results-oriented and independent work approach, good negotiation and interaction skills, and interest in developing production and processes.
