Work tasks include developing and managing data models within the Azure-based Common Data Platform, working with semantic layers in Snowflake to ensure data accessibility and high quality, collaborating closely with the Procurement function to translate "Source to Pay" business needs into technical data solutions, managing work queues and project flows through Azure DevOps, hands-on development of reusable and scalable cloud-based data solutions and data validation, and creating and refining data visualizations using Power BI (training provided if this is not yet your strongest suit). We are looking for around 5 years of experience in data engineering or architecture (a strong "hands-on" background is essential), technical proficiency in Snowflake or Azure environments, experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI is considered a significant advantage, understanding of business functions, specifically within Procurement (Source to Pay) or Spend Management systems (e.g., Ariba, Sievo), proven ability to build scalable and reusable cloud service architectures, and fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory as you will be working in a global environment. To succeed in the role, your personal skills are: proactive & innovation-driven, solution-focused, and agile mindset.
