Job Description
We are hiring a Logistics Supervisor for our logistics center in Kerava. As the head of the central warranty department, you will oversee the operational activities and lead the team. Your responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, reporting, and guiding the development and smooth operation of warranty processes in collaboration with operational functions. You will work with manufacturers, authorities, internal stakeholders, and suppliers. The role offers an exciting opportunity to develop operational models in new markets, especially focusing on spare parts and automotive sales-related products and services. The position is permanent and full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Salary is negotiable. We value experience in operational management, process development, fluency in Finnish and English, and the ability to manage overall tasks and work systematically.
