Job Description
The role involves building strong partnerships with clients and candidates through business development, managing recruitment lifecycle, and providing excellent customer service. Work closely with hiring managers to scope search projects, develop and maintain client relationships, and drive new business. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in staffing business development, client management, and a consultative mindset. The position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Salary range is $80,000 to $100,000.
