Recruitment Scheduling Coordinator, High-volume Internships - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for a high-volume Campus / University Recruiting Coordinator. This is not a Recruiter role. Candidates must have high-volume campus interview scheduling and hiring paperwork coordination experience, ideally within a financial services company. Qualified candidates will also be in the U.S. mountain or pacific time zone. As a Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team, candidates and clients throughout various aspects of the recruitment process. Strong skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and data tracking/reporting strongly desired. Key Accountabilities include building and maintaining relationships with candidates, answering inbound calls or live chats, documenting and tracking records, managing advertising response rates, and performing administrative duties. Required skills include MST or PST time zone experience, scheduling and onboarding experience, project management, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High School diploma required; 4-year degree preferred.
