Sourcing Data Analyst - Kemira Oyj - Remote - Global

Kemira is a global leader in sustainable chemistry for water-intensive industries. We are looking for a Sourcing Data Analyst to join our Source to Pay Process & Development team. The role involves improving performance visibility, analytics capabilities, and data-driven decision-making across the sourcing organization and the Source to Pay process. Responsibilities include developing reporting and dashboards, maintaining key performance metrics, ensuring data quality, translating business needs into analytics solutions, working with data from multiple systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting end users. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, or related fields, with strong analytical skills, experience with KPIs, performance reporting, dashboard design, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and SQL. Excellent communication skills in English and 2+ years of relevant experience are required. The role offers a hybrid work environment, a competitive salary, and benefits. The salary range in Helsinki is EUR 4400-5300/month.
