Location: Tampere. Employment type: Full-time, permanent. Salary: Property services sector collective agreement plus possible additional pay. Start date: 21.7.2026 / according to agreement. Work shifts: Shifts may be scheduled as needed, any day of the week between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m. As a traveling cleaner, you will work at various customer sites in the Pirkanmaa region and partly in Satakunta. Your workday will include maintenance and basic cleaning at different locations such as swimming pools, industrial sites, social and health care environments, retail stores, and service counters. Due to the variety of sites, we value a flexible, proactive, and energetic work attitude. The work is mobile and diverse, so good physical condition will help you succeed. Clean and well-maintained premises are important for our customers’ daily lives. Your work will be visible daily to users, and you will also help create safe, comfortable, and functional environments. We expect you to have fluent Finnish language skills, previous cleaning experience, a valid occupational safety card, and a flexible, proactive approach. Willingness to move between different customer sites and good physical condition will support your success. An advantage is swimming pool and wet area cleaning training, experience from social and health care, industrial, or swimming hall sites, as well as a B driver’s license and access to a car. The employer will organize swimming pool and wet area cleaning training if needed.
