Come help customers with electronics and support and develop your department's staff in their daily work. In your role, you will be responsible for promoting sales in your sector together with the department manager. You will ensure communication between the head office and your store. Your main responsibility is in the store, where you focus on your own sales, its profitability, and the activities and development of the sales staff according to the goals set by the department manager. The product group manager's responsibilities include achieving sales targets for the sector, store concept, and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will serve as an example to others in daily work and work in accordance with Gigantti's values, culture, and store standards. As a product group manager, you will report to the category department manager and the sales manager. What kind of qualities do we hope to find in our colleagues?
