Value Stream Leader - Hiab - Raisio, FI
Job Description
Hiab is looking for a Value Stream Leader at the Raisio Multilift factory for a fixed-term parental leave replacement. The role involves leading daily production, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, and supporting team development. Responsibilities include managing production according to Lean and Gemba principles, leading safety and production meetings, identifying deviations, collaborating with logistics and support functions, monitoring KPIs, quality, safety, and 5S, and coaching staff. The work is currently in a single shift from 6:00 to 22:00, with potential future shift work as production increases. The candidate should have experience in production management, practical knowledge of Lean, 5S, daily leadership, and continuous improvement, problem-solving skills, strong communication and coaching abilities, technical or production education or experience, and fluent Finnish and good English skills.
