We are looking for kitchen shift supervisors for two different locations in Tampere city center and Pirkkala. The employment is permanent, and the work will start around June or July. As a kitchen shift supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen during your shift. You will ensure smooth service, lead the team, and maintain efficient and high-quality kitchen operations even during busy times. The role includes supervisory tasks as well as active work in the kitchen and collaboration with the head chef. The restaurant is open every day of the week, and the work is primarily daytime, as it is a lunch restaurant. Our expectations for you: Previous experience in kitchen work and shift management, Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure, Ability to prepare approximately 200–300 lunch portions daily with quality and efficiency, Good organizational and teamwork skills, Positive and responsible attitude, Hygiene passport.
