Karvetti School has approximately 220 students in Naantali. The school offers basic education, preparatory classes, small classes, and preschool. The school has a strong community spirit. We value good teamwork skills and classroom management abilities. A fixed-term part-time teaching position (20 hours/week) is available at Karvetti School from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. The position includes teaching basic education, Finnish as a second language, and preparatory classes. The qualification requirement is a primary school teacher qualification (Decree 986/1998, Section 4). Knowledge of Finnish as a second language and the ability to teach a variety of arts and craft subjects are considered an advantage. The selected candidate must provide a satisfactory medical certificate of health and a criminal record extract according to Act 504/2002 before starting the position. A 4-month probation period applies. Salary is based on the municipal education personnel collective agreement (OVTES).
