Job Description
Autorekry Oy, Finland's first and only automotive recruitment specialist, is looking for an active and automotive-interested recruitment consultant to support our growth. The role involves active new customer acquisition, developing existing client relationships, consulting on personnel needs, and managing recruitment and headhunting assignments independently. The candidate should have experience in the automotive industry or related fields, strong sales and communication skills, and fluency in Finnish and English. The role requires traveling across Finland and working in a hybrid model at Technopolis Aviapolis, Vantaa, or other locations like Tampere, Turku, or Central Finland.
