Would you like an interesting job that promotes people's health and well-being? We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator for dental care supplies sales. This is a fixed-term position as a maternity leave replacement. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will prepare proposals for dental care supplies. You will also have the opportunity to develop our tendering process and the tools used in it. The role offers an excellent chance to gain in-depth understanding of wholesale healthcare and tender sales processes. Our customers include private dentists and dental clinics, as well as public sector dental health units across Finland. You will work closely with regional and sales managers, product management, and our purchasing organization. Your daily work will mainly involve Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, as well as the Microsoft Dynamics AX enterprise resource planning system. We expect you to have: - A background in business or dental healthcare education - A careful and precise work approach - Analytical thinking and the ability to see the big picture - Problem-solving skills and initiative - Good IT skills, especially proficient Excel skills - Practical knowledge of English - Motivation to learn new products, systems, and operational models. We value experience with BI reporting tools and previous work in sales support functions, tender calculation, or tender management. Knowledge of dental healthcare supplies, materials, and workflows is also an advantage. This is approximately a one-year fixed-term position in a successful family business known for its agility and ability to turn ideas into products and services efficiently and innovatively.
