Product Owner for Asset Management Development - Aktia Bank Abp - Remote - Global

We are looking for a business product owner for asset management development responsible for fund management and middle office processes as well as market data. Our development unit is responsible for continuous development of asset management business processes and systems, from customer experience to back-office operations. We work closely with investment operations, client relations, operations, risk management, and IT. Our team consists of experienced experts who deeply understand asset management products, processes, and technologies—and who know how to improve them. We will give you responsibility but also support. We value collaboration and a proactive attitude. In your role, you will support fund management, investment desk, and middle office with process and system development, as well as manage market data. Additionally, you will be the business owner of Bloomberg and Moxy systems, defining and prioritizing changes based on business needs. Development targets include: - Fund management tools - Investment desk processes - Middle office tools (e.g., fee refund calculations) You will be involved in planning and implementing development projects and continuous improvements. You will act as a product owner in collaboration with various stakeholders and prioritize development activities according to business goals. We expect from you: - Experience in investment operations, asset management, or related system and process development - Understanding of investment products and asset classes - Ability to see the big picture and push things forward in practice - Initiative, good collaboration skills, and willingness to learn - Suitable higher education degree We also value experience with Bloomberg and Moxy systems. Python and SQL skills are also beneficial but not essential. This role is especially suitable if you have a few years of experience in asset management, middle office, or investment system development.
