The Seinäjoki Parish is seeking a temporary service secretary for the Nurmo and Ylistaro service offices from August 3, 2026, to December 31, 2027, or until a permanent employee returns to work. The service secretary's duties include customer service related to funeral services and general customer service for internal and external clients at the parish's service offices, primarily in the Nurmo and Ylistaro chapel parishes, but work may be in any of the parish's service offices. The work location is Nurmo parish house. Applicants are expected to have suitable education or be in the final stages of studies, customer service experience, and the ability to work independently. We also value the ability to interact with grieving people, good teamwork skills, IT skills, and flexibility. A driver's license and access to a car are required. Salary is based on KirVESTES pay group 501 (€2,731.93), with possible experience-based additional pay (up to €359.50/month). The working hours follow KirVESTES office hours.
