Lead Level Designer, AB Friends - Rovio

Rovio is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Level Designer to join us in either Espoo or Barcelona! In this role, you'll go beyond daily execution to shape the quality bar, elevate our team's craft, and support the full lifecycle of our levels. You're a true multiplier: your work makes Angry Birds Friends better and helps the people around you grow every day. Reporting directly to the Design Director, you'll care for a talented team of level designers, including permanent team members, interns, and contractors. You'll connect business goals with player happiness, understanding the unique strengths of your team to ensure everyone is supported and optimized to do their best work. You will have impact and fun at work by supporting and guiding a team of level designers, collaborating with content and data teams, defining frameworks for difficulty and power-ups, nurturing professional growth, and iterating on levels yourself. You should have extensive level design experience, support and guide teams, and have released content for live F2P games. The work is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office weekly.
