We are looking for security guards for a significant data center construction project in Kirkkonummi. The role offers responsibility in a growing environment with opportunities to transition into security and operational tasks at the data center. The work involves three shifts, mainly day shifts, mostly indoors at the construction site, with tasks varying according to project phases. Responsibilities include access control, guiding visitors, maintaining safety and order, reporting safety observations, and supporting site security as needed. We offer a responsible role in a major construction project with comprehensive orientation, flexible employment forms (full-time, part-time, on-call), and salary according to the security industry collective agreement level 3. The role requires responsibility, initiative, good communication and customer service skills, the ability to adapt to changing situations, proficiency in Finnish and English, and optionally a personal vehicle. Previous security experience or a valid guard card is an advantage but not mandatory.
