Contract Engineering Recruiter - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

Korn Ferry is searching for a Contract Engineering Recruiter. This is not I.T. engineering recruitment. Ideal candidates will be remote in the eastern or central U.S. time zone. As a member of Korn Ferry, the Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Key Responsibilities include creating and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies, client relationship management, process management & sourcing, and candidate relationship management. Required skills include 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience sourcing engineering roles, client-facing experience, competency/behavioral interview experience, ATS experience, sourcing methodologies, and a high school diploma or higher. The role may involve ongoing contract work with no slated end date. Korn Ferry may use AI in its recruitment process, but all hiring decisions are made by humans.
