We are now seeking an Early Childhood Education Teacher for Pilke Nature Daycare Pihlajarinne in Espoo. The position begins in August 2026. Pilke Nature Daycare Pihlajarinne is a private daycare located in a green residential area in Northern Espoo, near the ring road 3. It offers high-quality, child-centered early childhood education and preschool for children aged 0–6 years. Pihlajarinne has space for 54 children. The daycare features spacious, bright rooms and a large diverse outdoor area. We engage in activities in small groups, utilizing all spaces. Our focus is on nature, which is an integral part of our activities. We go on weekly excursions to nearby parks and forests. We offer quality Metsämörritoiminta activities and emphasize environmental education daily. We are a Green Flag daycare and operate according to Green Flag principles. We value children's ideas and incorporate them into our activities. We also dedicate time for long-term play, which we consider an important form of learning. Would you like to influence many children's lives and early years through your work? As an early childhood education teacher, you support and promote children's growth, development, and learning. You understand the contents of early childhood education plans and can implement them practically. You plan, evaluate, and develop pedagogical activities for your group and contribute to the quality of pedagogy in your unit. You have a strong pedagogical approach, a positive and active attitude, good interaction skills, and the ability to genuinely connect with children.
