Job Description

BioLegend is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate III or Scientist I to join our team to develop reagents for immunological assays. This job will be involved in developing new products for magnetic cell separation and cell stimulation related applications. This person will have opportunities to independently drive research projects from conception to completion, requiring interaction with multi-disciplinary teams. The successful candidate must be a self-motivated, team player, able to communicate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team and must possess excellent organization skills. Responsibilities include primary cell preparation and culture, assay development and optimization, flow cytometry data analysis, and maintaining accurate records. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in immunology or related field, or a PhD in life sciences with postdoctoral experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with flow cytometry, cell separation, and cell-based assays. The work environment is laboratory-based with occasional data entry and exposure to warehouse environments. The position offers an hourly pay range of $26.00–$34.85, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, parental leave, 401k, and stock purchase plans.
