Job Description
Our sunny and skilled team is looking for you – an enthusiastic and responsible service supervisor for food and cleaning services in Sipoo. You will coordinate daily food and cleaning services at various sites, including operational work, supervision, and quality assurance. Tasks include organizing and coordinating food services, managing inventories, guiding staff, ensuring safety and hygiene compliance, and collaborating with clients. The role requires initiative, good communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Work language is Finnish and partly Swedish, with a driver’s license required for travel between sites. Work hours are mainly Mon-Fri 6 am–6 pm, 7.5 hours/day, with flexibility for evening and weekend work. Salary is according to the Real Estate Sector Collective Agreement, pay grade 4-6 (13.52-14.90€/h).
