Job Description

We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world’s best places to work. We are currently the top ranked consulting firm on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list and have earned the #1 overall spot a record seven times. Extraordinary teams are at the heart of our business strategy, but these don’t happen by chance. They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally. You’ll work closely with Bain’s Global Marketing organization, partnering across Market Reputation, Practice Marketing, Marketing Events, Brand, Digital, PR, Media, Video and Internal Communications teams to help deliver high-impact global engagement programs. In this highly collaborative and international environment, you’ll support Bain’s participation in leading external platforms and institutional relationships, including the World Economic Forum (WEF), Business Roundtable (BRT), Conferences of the Parties (COP), and other global leadership forums. This is a fixed-term contract role (June–October 2026) providing parental leave coverage for the Manager, Corporate Relations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Relations, you will support the activation and delivery of Bain’s priority external sponsorships and institutional relationships globally. The role focuses on ensuring Bain’s engagement across key forums is strategically aligned, operationally seamless and executed to a high standard. You’ll play a critical role coordinating regional and market-specific activities while supporting senior stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, global and matrixed environment. Coordinate partnership activations across local markets, including regional programs such as “Summer Davos” and other market-led initiatives tied to global platforms. Partner with Market Reputation teams to plan and execute region-specific engagements aligned to global strategy. Support planning for the WEF Annual Meeting in Davos, including identifying opportunities for Bain delegates to participate in forums, sessions and partner events. Ensure seamless coordination of activities across stakeholders, maintaining clear timelines, ownership and communication. Support broader relationship management activities led by the Senior Manager. Prepare executive briefings and engagement plans for senior leaders participating in external platforms and events. Ensure executive participation is coordinated effectively, aligned to agreed objectives and delivered to a high standard. Identify and escalate emerging opportunities or risks to support effective decision-making. Contribute to the development and refinement of scalable processes, templates and tools to support consistent partnership activation. Support reporting and data collection to track engagement outcomes and inform future planning. Help embed efficient and repeatable ways of working across Marketing and stakeholder groups. Collaborate closely with Market Reputation and Marketing Events teams to ensure best-in-class execution of partnership-related activities. Partner with Brand, Digital, PR, Media, Video, Practice Marketing and Internal Communications teams to ensure aligned messaging and cohesive delivery across engagements.
