Sales Manager - Eilakaisla Oy - Remote - Global

We are looking for an experienced and proactive sales manager for our client Esari Oy, responsible for sales across Finland. The role involves active customer engagement, new customer acquisition, and developing existing accounts. The sales area covers the entire country. You will be involved in building long-term sales in a manufacturing environment, where understanding the big picture and systematic work are key. To succeed, you should have experience in B2B sales, manufacturing industry knowledge, strong customer-facing sales skills, ability to see the big picture, systematic and goal-oriented work style, proactive and sales-driven attitude, experience with CRM systems, relevant education, fluent Finnish and English, Swedish skills are a plus, and understanding of construction or electrical engineering. You are cooperative, approachable, organized, goal-oriented, eager to develop, and motivated to advance sales.
