Assistant Restaurant Manager for a new restaurant opening in December 2026 in Kivistö, Vantaa - McDonalds Suomi - Vantaa, Finland

We are looking for an assistant restaurant manager for the restaurant opening in Kivistö, Vantaa, in late 2026. The Kivistö McDonald's restaurant is part of the growing Karhuperhe restaurant group, which currently includes restaurants in Vantaa Porttipuisto and Tuupakka, as well as in Porvoo. The assistant restaurant manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant together with the restaurant manager. The role is diverse, with primary responsibilities including leading front-line staff and managing the daily business of the McDonald's restaurant according to standards to ensure an excellent customer experience for both internal and external customers. The assistant manager must be able to lead all areas ambitiously to achieve business results while developing customer and staff satisfaction. The work is goal-oriented and carried out together with the team. Support, training, and encouragement are available.
