Job Description
About the role:We are looking for a Principal to lead business development and project delivery in transaction services and strategic market advisory for our Management Consulting team in the Netherlands. You will work with Dutch energy-sector clients, collaborate with colleagues across our global platform and play a key role in further building our Rotterdam office together with an experienced, collaborative local team.Your responsibilities:In this role, you will:Lead complex projects and oversee project teams.Build trusted client relationships and identify new opportunities.Shape proposals, sales materials and client pitches.Develop thought leadership, intellectual property and client-relevant solutions.Contribute to capability building and knowledge development across the team.Strengthen AFRY’s presence in industry networks and expert communities.Mentor and develop consultants across the team.Support internal training and professional development.Coach teams in structured problem solving and delivery excellence.
