The position is permanent and part-time (20 hours/week), including shifts during all opening hours of the coffee shop: from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends. As a Shift Leader, you are a role model who motivates others with your positivity and energy. You are responsible for the operational management of the shift and leadership tasks alongside the Coffee Shop Manager and Assistant Manager. You serve as an inspiring example to your team and encourage them to do their best every day. Additionally, you actively develop your skills as a top-level customer service professional. You are responsible for the comfort and service quality of the coffee shop during your shift, preparing various drinks and food items, and maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee shop. An important part of your role is motivating the team and investing in their well-being and skill development on a daily basis. For example, with 0-2 years of work experience, your wage is €14.34/hour plus bonuses. We increase your wage by €0.50/hour after 6 months of employment and another €0.50/hour after 12 months. After one year, your hourly wage will be €15.34 plus bonuses. Additionally, our employees receive a 50% discount on our products.
