We are looking for an energetic food service worker for Lahnus School! We are currently hiring a food service worker capable of independent work for a fixed-term contract from August 13 to December 22, 2026, at Lahnus School in Northern Espoo. The working hours are weekdays from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. We offer you an independent and meaningful job in a cozy, nature-close elementary school, where you can support the well-being of a small school community through quality meals. Your tasks will include: - Serving lunch to elementary school students, with hot food delivered directly from the kitchen. - Preparing and serving breakfast and snacks to preschool children. - Dishwashing. - Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area. The work is performed independently within the school premises. We require: - Experience in independent work. - Initiative and reliability. - Knowledge of special diets. - Finnish language skills. *Please note, fluent Finnish is required for this position!* - Hygiene passport. - Due to the nature of the work, a criminal background check is required for working with children. The salary for this position is at least 12.78 €/hour according to YTES, and we also consider your previous work experience in the salary.
