SNOWMOBILE SAFARI GUIDE - Scandinavian Travel Group Oy - Kittilä, Finland

We are looking for an experienced and energetic snowmobile safari guide to join our team in Levi, Lapland. Workplace and conditions - Location: Levi Tourist Center, Lapland (Scandinavian Travel Group office) - Office language: English - Customer languages: English (knowledge of Spanish, French, German, and Dutch is a plus) - Working hours: Full-time, flexible winter working hours (by agreement) - Contract period: 5-month fixed-term employment from 1.11.2026 to 31.3.2027 Your responsibilities - Safari preparation: snowmobiles, customer clothing and gear, food and drinks, outdoor locations - Making and maintaining fires at cabins and lean-tos - Guiding private and special groups - Transporting customers with company cars and vans (B driving license required) - Other tasks related to safaris and Arctic outdoor activities You will fit well into our team if you: - Are energetic, positive, and enthusiastic - Have experience as a snowmobile guide in Lapland or Northern Norway/Sweden (at least one full season) - Have strong English skills (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus - Are a skilled storyteller and can naturally interact with customers - Are highly disciplined and responsible, and able to work outdoors in demanding Arctic weather conditions - Hold a B driver’s license and have experience driving in Arctic winter conditions Required experience: - At least one full season as a snowmobile safari guide in a tourism company in Lapland (Finland), Sweden, or Norway.
