Relief Nurse Substitute for Home Care Remote Care - Sijaiset.fi Henkilöstöpalvelut - Porvoo, Finland

We are looking for a relief nurse for a fixed-term employment in the home care centralized services remote care for the elderly. The work location is in Porvoo. The fixed-term employment is from June 1 to September 30, 2026. The start date can be adjusted by agreement. The work is 50% two-shift work (Monday-Sunday between 7:00 and 20:30). The work is independent, practical, and varied. It is performed from an office, and your days will include, among other things, interacting with clients via remote devices, providing care advice, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Your tasks include, for example: Communicating with clients via remote devices, Assessing clients' overall service needs and functional capacity, Assisting clients with medication intake, blood sugar monitoring, and health status observation, Planning care visits according to clients' needs and care and service plans, Supporting functional capacity, promoting independence, and ensuring safe daily routines, Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team, Documentation and care monitoring. Salary and benefits Salary: €16.00 - €18.00/hour depending on your education and experience + 9% holiday pay (total €17.44-€19.62). We expect from you: Education in social or health care and registration with Valvira, Valid medication management licenses, Fluent Finnish language skills, Responsible, independent, and customer-oriented work attitude, Previous experience in home care is preferred.
