Sales Manager - Rigids PU (Construction) - BASF Oy - Remote - Global

The Sales Manager will plan and direct sales and marketing activities in a specific Zone (major geographic area)/ construction segment in order to achieve sales volume, pricing, margins and selling cost objectives by implementing consistently the overall sales strategy, using technical, organizational and customer knowledge. They will ensure timely payment of receivables from customers and participate in marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services. The role involves establishing rapport with architects, consultants, and designers, focusing on specification selling, generating sales potential, organizing technical seminars, and managing key accounts, especially in the Oil and Gas industry. The candidate should have a B Tech degree, 10 years of experience, and skills in conflict management, cost analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
