We are now looking for a skilled and motivated team leader for equipment maintenance in Helsinki at the Kamppi and Ruoholahti units. In this role, you will combine practical daily management, supporting people, and developing our operations. As a team leader, you will oversee the daily work of the equipment maintenance teams at Kamppi and Ruoholahti, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will lead the team with an approachable and encouraging manner, ensuring work is performed with quality, safety, and according to agreed procedures. Your tasks include organizing daily work, managing resources, supporting and developing the team, building smooth cooperation between different professional groups and units, developing processes and procedures with service managers, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and patient safety. The role offers a chance to influence your immediate environment, develop your team, and participate in developing equipment maintenance as part of a larger entity. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and support from a supervisor. The employment is full-time and permanent, mainly during weekdays and daytime. Why work at Terveystalo?
