We are seeking a construction supervisor for an infrastructure project starting in June at a construction site in Lahti. Our client is a civil engineering company with over 35 years of experience, offering a large project at least for half a year in Lahti. They are looking for a candidate with strong supervisory experience in earthworks. Job Description As a supervisor, you will oversee the Lahti construction site and workers, ensuring proper documentation. The project involves construction of a corporate property, with the client handling all earth and water construction activities. Requirements To be considered, you should have: * Education in infrastructure or construction management - the work is responsible, and basic training must be in order. * Several years of experience in earthworks and supervisory roles - we seek a professional who handles tasks smoothly. * Valid professional certificates - if not available, they must be obtained before starting work. * Good Finnish language skills - the working language is Finnish. * Understanding of site processes and scheduling - the work is independent, and you will be responsible for smooth operations. * Good social skills - able to work well with people even in challenging situations.
