Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Controller to manage our mental health, substance abuse, and disability services. The role is permanent, full-time, starting in autumn 2026, with options for remote work. The salary range is 5000-6000 euros/month, depending on experience. You will be a strategic partner, analyzing numbers and providing insights for decision-making. Responsibilities include business coaching, budgeting, KPI analysis, investment participation, and process development. Requirements: relevant higher or lower university degree, 3-5 years of experience, excellent Excel and BI skills, strong communication, independent and solution-focused attitude.
