We are currently hiring two full-time practical nurses for permanent positions at Rinnekodit Sanervakoti. Sanervakoti offers enhanced assisted living for clients under 65 with multiple illnesses, located conveniently near a metro station with free parking. The unit has 24 clients with varying functional levels, totaling 77 clients across the entire facility. The role involves recognizing individual needs, ensuring quality care, providing basic care, medication, and rehabilitative care, and supporting clients physically in daily activities. We offer thorough orientation and training. Requirements include a practical nurse qualification, registration with the Suosikki register, social and health care professional card or readiness to obtain it, ability to demonstrate medication competence within four months, willingness to work in three-shift rotation, basic Finnish language skills, and knowledge of care plans and RAI assessments. Rinnekodit is a smoke-free and drug-free workplace, with a criminal record check required before employment.
