Salesperson / Shift Supervisor - Kokkolan Halpa-Halli Oy - Siilinjärvi, Finland

Are you interested in customer service and store work? We are now looking for a SALESPERSON / SHIFT SUPERVISOR for the Siilinjärvi store. Your duties will include diverse store daily life, such as cashier work as well as shelving goods, organizing and inventory in all departments. If you enjoy taking responsibility, we offer this opportunity in the role of shift supervisor, where you are part of the store's management team. In this role, you plan and organize store work on your responsible shift. You represent HalpaHalli to our customers, so the most important thing is friendly and helpful customer service. We offer a permanent employment relationship with a weekly working time of about 30 hours. Remuneration is based on the retail sector's collective agreement as well as your previous experience and education. We hope for service-mindedness, flexibility and cooperation skills from you, so that together we can offer our customers the best possible shopping experience. We value previous experience and possibly education in the retail sector, but we do not require it. Whether you are an experienced veteran or a beginner, initiative and a desire to learn new things are important qualities for us.
