Talotekniikkavalvoja (MEP Supervisor) - CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy - Lappeenranta, Finland

We are looking for a TALOTEKNIIKKAVALVOJA (MEP Supervisor) for our client’s industrial investment project in Lappeenranta. The work is expected to start around 07-08/2026, with an estimated duration of 12 months. Main tasks include supervision of electrical, automation, HVAC/PLV, and mechanical building technology installations on site; inspection of installation quality and reporting deviations; review of technical drawings, plans, and documentation; monitoring of contractors’ progress, quality, and safety; coordination of interfaces between different technical disciplines; participation in site meetings, inspections, and commissioning preparations; reporting to the client and project organization. We expect experience in supervising building technology, electrical installations, automation, or industrial construction projects; understanding of low and medium voltage systems; ability to read technical drawings and plans; experience in industrial or technically demanding construction environments; knowledge of Finnish building regulations and site practices; good documentation and reporting skills; good command of English, both spoken and written.
