The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support enforcement execution and management decision-making. The role includes reporting and clear data visualization, enabling various units and functions to understand administrative and operational data and utilize it for operational development. The work involves transforming raw data into high-quality, analyzable information. Data is collected and combined from multiple sources, cleaned, and preprocessed, followed by analyses such as trend analysis, KPI monitoring, and ad hoc queries. Results are reported and visualized using Power BI and presented clearly to meet business needs. The role also includes developing data quality and analysis processes in collaboration with IT and core operations, as well as improving automation and efficiency through scripts, dashboards, and data flows. The Data Analyst works closely with management, finance, product development, and other key stakeholders. The role may also include other tasks within the unit.
